Directions

Take a small dollop on your hand
Rub your hands against each other so you can spread the lotion on your hands
Now apply the marula lotion on dry body parts

Massage gently on the skin in the morning and at night. For best results, apply it after using SPELLMAN & CO hand wash and shower gel. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep away from the reach of children. It is completely safe to use it more than twice a day.
