Return & Exchangeable Policy
Thank you for shopping at SPELLMAN & CO. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days including public holidays and weekends to return/exchange an item from the date you received. Your parcel must be complied with our return policy. Please contact our customer service immediately on the same day when you received the parcel with supporting evidence such as:
- – Picture showing the defective part or incorrect item and
- – Invoice number, order number, and tracking number
- – Name of the item
You may return/exchange your items for the following reasons:
- – Damaged
- – Defective
- – Wrong item delivered
- – Missing parts
Our support team will be in touched with you within 3 working days and we reserved the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
What if my order(s) is out of stock?
Our support team will notify you via phone call or email should your order(s) is out of stock and you are allowed to exchange any item with SPELLMAN & CO
Can I cancel my order(s) after payment?
Please note that we do not entertain any cancellations once the Order is paid and confirmed.
